Day 3
I was so busy today that I had to remember to eat. I have never been a breakfast/lunch eater. I usually eat on the fly. Thus that causes me to just snack all day long. This is a habit that I am trying to break. I am eating meals at the right time with healthy snacks in between. According to all the research this is healthier and I should loose weight. I must admit that I feel like I have more energy. Although that could be psychosomatic.

ReplyDeleteGood for you, Chantel! Yes, making it a habit to actually sit down and eat was a huge change for me. I always grabbed things on the fly. It is not psychosomatic that having real food to live on instead of caffeine and adrenaline actually makes you feel better.
